We are Resaurant Busines engaged in takeaway and home delivery.
We are looking to achieve keep customer informed about which stage their order is. Eg for this purposes different stages of order can be set up. And when each station the order passses through will update on customer dashboard.
2nd important feature we want is managing time when driver pick up delivery and reach its destination and come back. All that needs to be compared with actual time based on google GPS or Maps direction. And at the end each driver can see its performance and should be prompted to explain any delays if any.
It must have option for Table layout for eatin restaurant.
Since it is cloud based and a website is also required which is synched with this multistore management system
For purpose of other features we are looking to achieve same as www.livepos.com. obviously excluding reseller and billing functions.
Development must be modular and payment will be made upon delivering a functioning tested module.
From hardware prospective the system must be able to use Receipt Printers, Kitchen Printers, Kitchen Display System, Bar code reader, touch screen and desktop etc.
System should work during internet outages. (eg local database which can be synched with cloud every 5 minutes)
