Os Commerce and PHP

Task is to link the 3 top menu items to database by creating table for each menu item.

I have OS Commerce template and changed the top menu and added 3 new sections namely Tastie Couture, Tastie Cakes and Tastie Home. Right now all three menu items linking to the same table in the database as these items are duplicate copies. If I add any item under any of these menu items, the same item and details will be updated in all three.

The task is to create 3 new tables in the database and link these three menu items separately with those tables so that each menu item will have different products and details (which I will add later).
