Create a iMacro to scrape a webpage an put data into SQL-Statements

Hello,
we need a iMacros-Script (see [url removed, login to view]) for web automation.
We will provide a list of urls in a CSV-File.
1. Imacros should run in loop and work through the list of urls
2. each url leads to a webpage where html-code should be extracted. The webpages are part of the same website so they don´t differ much.
3. the extracted html-code has to be modified in the following way:
- delete certain parts of the html-code
- change links to text
- add specific text at the end of the code
- delete all images in the html code
4. the output should be a SQL-File which we can import into a MySQL-Database. The file should include
- ID (number that increases by one with each data entry, we have to setup the starting id)
- title (part of the extracted html-text)
- Extracted and modifizied html-code
- a field with the first letter of the field "title"
We have continously demand for such kind of programming work
