Custom SVG Map for WordPress

We need a customization of the below SVG map plugin. [login to view URL] We do already have the SVG map file created. Below are the details of what we need. Website [login to view URL] The map is located about 3/4 of way down on the home page. We used another SVG map plugin because in the beginning of this project, the client thought they wanted marker points to show the locations of 153 charter schools in North Carolina. However, once they saw it, they decided that they would prefer not to show the marker points on the map because it looked “too cluttered.” The functionality that the client now wants is to see the entire map and have each county be clickable. Before the user clicks anything, the sidebar should be hidden so the whole map takes up the entire width of the viewable area. When a county on the map is clicked, 1) the map zooms in on the county and 2) the sidebar slides out from the left and all the charter schools in that county show up in the side bar. The sidebar should have the ability to be hidden and shown by click event. The side should also have a search bar where users can type in the name of the county and all charter schools in that county will be retrieved.
