1. Developing a new interface based on a .PSD template that's already been created
2. Develop ability to create search engine friendly URL's within the knowledgebase posts. It should have the same ability as making a post in Wordpress (i.e. [url removed, login to view]) and all DB generated URL's (?article=2) should have 301 redirects to the new page. Each page should also have an auto generated rel-cannonical tag to reflect the new custom URL name.
3. Each page (including submit a ticket, view existing tickets, and all knowledgebase articles) should have a backend interface for custom title tags, description tags, and keyword tags
4. There needs to be a friendly backend interface to support email piping to multiple parties based in inbound email. For instance, if client sendd email to "ADDRESS1" when piped into the system it should auto create a ticket & generate an email alert for "USER1" / "ADDRESS2" should auto create a ticket & generate an email alert for "USER19". The system should be able to support an indefinite amount of email piping.
