I need a database or Filemaker database that will help me keep track of the pipeline of our Small Agency work, client's orders, accounting etc.
A program that should help run a small agency that deals 2 products:
we provide 2 products product A (finished good) and B (hours of service)
-We have a list of Operators that work on call to provide product A & B.
-we have a growing list of clients that commission these two products repetively on a weekly basis.
I need a software or a Filemaker pro 10 template able to manage and interlink these tasks:
-List of Operators, their cost, their work pipeline (work calendar), the amount of work done, the amount of $ paied - to pay
-List of products (A & B for now) their related cost, related price, related revenue
-list of clients. their orderds, work pipeline (work calendar) total of $ owed, total of $ payed already
-assets and their costs, productivity for each asset
-Invoices for each client with reports on product A&B
More or less this is it, its a classic template but I need somebody able to customize as I need it!!!

The project will take much less than 30 days but I wanted to be reasonable and allow time for tweaks or changes you may have here and there. I hope to hear from you. =)
