Publicly traded construction company needing a full flash website completed by feb 6, 2008. Please see attachments for concept. all images, concepts and copy will be provided.
We will require a site that will be easy for someone with limited Flash knowledge to update. All content will be displayed in a centered area (see attached images) that will have a scroll feature. There will be aprox. 15 of these screens.
-Location section will display a map of Canada with clickable dots representing company locations that will display a flash pop-up that will display address, ect.
-"contact us" will need to incorporate a form that will email to a specified contact.
-Menus need to be fully animated
-display of center display area will need to be animated
-2 images in bottom right corner will loop thru a set number of images and should use a fading transition. (all images will be provided.)
-Selecting a item in the top menu will change the content of the display area on the bottom left side of the site providing links to the pages in that sections. (see example images)
-Image used as the background for the site will loop thru 5 different images with an interesting transition (open to ideas)
-Stock Info box will be populated with data pulled from an XML file.
-All source files will need to be released to us.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
