Via Instagram API I'll retrieve latest active users by tags. My script has been doing that with stability for a long time. What I need to do is to design a user-friendly API for you.

I architected and built the UK's leading Social Media Content Marketing Platform so I've got a very good understanding of the Instagram API as its a big part of the Platform. I do have a few questions, one of which may infer whether the task is actually possible. - What user/account information do you actually need? Instagram's Tag search API returns a limited amount for data for users (username, avatar, full name and Id) - The API limits the number of requests to ~5 per second and 5000 per hour so the more popular a tag, the more "pages" of data we'd retrieve therefore the more requests made. But if its more "manual" then it should be fine. - Has the infrastructure been decided/fixed? You could use something like Celery to enable multiple concurrent requests, which if you're looking at scaling the project out could be useful to use upfront. - In an ideal world, what type of app would this be, Web, Desktop, command line?
