Integrating PHP site to pass values to aspx

I have a web app designed using php but front end access using USSD. I would like to integrate to card payment gateway designed in aspx.
The API from the payment gateway provider would need to launch a form where card details can be entered and clicking on pay would complete the payment transaction. This is because its an HTML interface.
As my target market also includes users with USSD to make purchase, there is no way the ussd service can launch the form from payment gateway. I would liek a script that can take the value from my USSD users and automatically running it through payment gateway aspx app, receive confrimation and send back to my app.
I am hoping someone can auto script this process.
