Dear Atrendia, to understand your requirements correctly, you want to pass all transaction details from your paypal account directly into your accounting software. Right? Apologise for bidding higher than your budget but the project will take more time. I am very comfortable with APIs and only 2 days back helped an Australian client with LightHouseApp APIs. Till you just want to push data from Paypal to E-conomic then is it okay if I use Ruby on Rails instead of PHP. I have over 5 years of work experience in India, Israel and US.
