Joomla Moodle integration to create elearning marketplace

We want to develop an E-learning solution and marketplace for online learning by customizing Moodle with joomla and bigbluebutton or Dimdim or Wiziq integration. We want to create a e-learning platform for Educational institute and Corporate.(Like Blackboard/Webct) You need to do the following things 1. Integrate Joomla with Moodle and bigbluebutton or Dimdim or Wiziq integration (for Online collaboration) 2. Customize Moodle as per our requirement {we want a complete customized environment. Moodle should be customized in a way that it looks like a complete new product (Institution should not recognized it as moodle, we want create a brand on top of Moodle will patented by us) 3. The successful bidder will give a online demo after the completion of project if accepted we will start QA and any bugs need to be fixed found during testing before we deploy project on our server 5. We need the complete source code of the final product and bidder need to sign NDA 6. Bidder need to deploy the software on our servers once testing is done(Domain + hosting will be provided by us at this time). The solution should be SEO friendly 7.
