New Appointment Booking System API JavaScript

New UI Application to be written for existing Javascript API Calls to Database. Build a user and asset management system around a mysql database (utilising the existing API's) which will manage the bookings on a fleet of Yachts by a group of users. You must have great Javascript Skills and have worked on a booking / appointment engine previously. We have an existing booking system from 14 years ago that may be of help to follow the logic of what we require. Good English a must as I haven't the time to write a full specification. I'm expecting you to look at the old existing system and work through the logic.
