Open Event Calendar

I want to create an open event calendar. Anyone should be able to create a user and add events. I want a comment function for every event and a good share function. The user should be able to send the event to google calendar or Outlook. All events is listed at default. If there is comments it should be a note about it here. 13. If an event is sponsored, the background should be green and cant be hidden by the filter function. 14. Banner area after ten events 15. Clickable calendar. All dates is linked to specific days. Month is linked to all events from this month. (This might need more professional design :) 16. Links to specific weeks 17. Comment function If the bidder wants more screenshots I can make it, but the main design should follow these screenshots. If the bidder has experience in building mobile version (or maybe an app) with geolocation I would like help with that too. I am used to work with wordpress, but if there is good reasons to work with other technique I have no problems with that. Also, Im happy to hear about suggestions and possible improvements as well.
