Using osTicket v1.6 ST and I would like my support reps to be able to complete a checklist of items on a ticket.
There will only be 1 checklist per ticket and the user id of person updating the checklist should be recorded.
Rep is working on a ticket they would click a link on the ticket screen which would open up a checklist of items that need to be completed for that ticket. Some of the items on the checklist will be standard on every ticket, but there should be the option
for the Rep to add additional items to the list.
