Photo Upload / Duplicate Check

i have an online application system for potential applicants to apply to my company. i had someone working on an ajax version of checking the database for duplicate records, but then he never finished it. i have uploaded all the files to this project. you should download t hem, and look at them, and tell me your bid to implement the following features (note, most of the work has been done, you just need to get it to work) Features that need to be implemented: Duplicate checking based on the users information (before the form is submitted), so once the user gets to like the 3rd or 4th input on the form, if there is enough information to confirm an exact identity match, then it wont let the user go any further. instead it will give them the option to finish filling their application out or update it with new info. it then adds it to the top of the list (not as a new record) just makes it appear at the top of the admins list of applicants. this system will also check to see if the applicant has been disqualified by our company (true/false box in access database), and if this is true, it will prompt the user with another message. Photo upload, needs to be resized on the fly if necessary. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. 4)The timeline for this site is very important. If the coder does not meet the requirements for the timelines or deadlines, whatever work they have done must be submitted to this post on rent a coder, and all posted work will become the property of the buyer. The buyer will own the copyright(s). 5)If coder falls behind the deadline, coder will not be paid and buyer will select a new coder immediately. (If you don't think you can meet the deadlines, please do not bid, or ask that the deadlines be re-negotiated.) 6)If this project ends up going to mediation/arbitration, and the coder loses the arbitration, then all project files, programming, images, etc. become property of the buyer without compensation.
