VIDEO CHAT P2P Skype API linked with PHPFOX

Hi I need someone with a proven track record that can add a simple app onto phpfox that uses p2p skype app so each user can talk/ video to each other. It doesn't have to be Skype but needs to be p2p. 1. I would like one to one video chat and maybe even several users to one video chat Ideally the next phase would be to charge users for the session. We are using a current system called modenacam but are really not happy with the quality. If someone can get this working to a good quality then this is also an option.
