You post the job that we give you using job boards, web 2.0 recruiting etc, respond to the applicants for the job, review their resume, and ask them to fill out a short questionnaire about the job, pre-screen them and make sure that they are serious about the job . If you feel that person fits the job, then you send the questionnaire and the resume to us The placement fee will be shared upto 25% of a job order and typically pays $[url removed, login to view] U.S. Dollars to $5000
So, if you are a Serious recruiter this could really add up and provide a handsome income. If you are professional, timely, responsive, honest, and hard-working this could become a long-term assignment.
You will use your own resources like job boards etc. You will never spam and truly act as an independent recruiter keeping the company's values and principles in mind when sourcing applicants.
This is a position for an experienced recruiter that understands the candidate sourcing process, has access to U.S. job boards, and knows how to search for qualified candidates in the United States. This is a remote job. You will be working from wherever you are with your computer on the net. You must be professional at all times when dealing with the candidate.
You must have excellent communication skills oral, written and spoken
