224100 Copyscape-clone

I am looking for a programmer who can programm a script like the one running on copyscape.com. Beside the checking of a single url it should be able to handle checking of whole domains. And it should have a admin, where I can add urls and domains to a list, which can be scanned with on click. A report should be printed in a overview and there should be detail-buttons, which offer further information like urls of plagiats.

I got a few questions to the project, so I will add some description here:

- I dont need a forum like on the original site

- I dont need premium-services and that stuff because this script is just for my own use. No externals should be able to login. I need this script just for my own use to protect my sites...

- there must be no payment solution, because no others should use the script...
