The site is going to be used for booking seminars and selling a small range of products relating to the course.
Admin area:
We need to have the following:
1) the ability to add Course Name, Course Venue, Course Date, Course Price, Course Description and be able to set the number of participants
that can attend the course. For instance some courses may only allow 15 people, some 20 people.
2) Each person will need a unique booking number.
3) Administrator able to see a record of courses and participants.
4) add products for sale. Product_ID, Description, Price, Discount for purchasing several products.
5) Login for administrators ( may be several but all with the same permissions)
6) an administrator will also need to be able to login and take a payment from a customer directly. This is so that on completion of a course if a person wants to buy a product there and then and has a credit card, then this can be done on the spot.
Front end:
There will be a course schedule page containing information inputted from the admin area showing:
1) Course name
2) venue
3) date
4) price
5) Book now button
6) Checkout
There will also be a page called support materials where a purchase of products can be made so I think we'll need a shopping cart system.
This will need to show Product Name, Product Image, Description Price, Add to Cart
