I need a Joomla Mortgage Application plugin built.. I actually had one built before for Joomla 1.0 buts its sluggish and slow.
I need one that shows a dynamic application page that changes based on loan type chosen and stores client data as well as emails me when application is received. It needs to be compatible with Joomla 1.5.6 and I need to be able to add it as a Module/Plugin for use as page or as link.
The application needs to function like here:

Where get a fast rate quote is at the top left and change dynamically depending on questions asked.
