465280 Penny Auction Soft Modification / Customzation 2

We are looking to build a penny auction site based on software from PennyAuctionSoft. We will want to change the look and feel which will require designing a new template, slicing it and converting it to html, and then integrating it with the PennyAuctionSoft system. Also, we want to do some custom modifications / additions to the system to include a rewards points system. We are looking for an experienced designer/developer who has experience working with PennyAuctionSoft in the past. PennyAuctionSoft provides the source code to us upon purchasing their software.
