Duplicate finder software

I need a piece of software that will compare one field of two files and allow me to save the matching entries. Explanation File #1 is a csv file that has multiple fields of data (including phone number) File #2 is a csv or txt file (I can make it whatever you need) It only includes phone numbers. I need software that will accept the large data file (#1) then compare the data in File 2 in the phone number column and then save or export the matching entries. The matching entries will be the records from File #1 that happen to have a matching phone number that was included in File #2. It should be able to handle large file sizes. The data files (#1) may be as large as 750,000 records. The #2 file will be smaller -- up to 10,000 records. (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform I have no preference how this software is created.
