Finish programming data base with Email notification that application has been received and a delete or cancel feture for clients that are denied.

Recently, we had a programmer bail on a project that he was working on. The website still has several bugs in it. We currently have no way of telling if a client has submitted their info to us without logging onto the site every couple of minutes. An Auto notification of some kind would be nice. Also, after client has submitted info, we have no way of cancelling, or declining them. Currently, we can only approve or "in process" fields. Additionally, I would like someone to design a program that would print or auto populate the clients infor to a Truth and Lending sheeet and disclose certain obligations and laws for the transaction in a .pdf format so they can print it. It would be helpful if the website or database could log it when they printed of viewed the info. Finally, clean up the database programming. Currently, anyone-anywhere could log into website and view clients private info. I would like to move this function off site to our secure work place only. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Currently, I think the website has been developed using Macromedia with .asp php and access as data base. My knowledge to programming is limited so ask questions if you would like. I will do my best to help answer your questions. I would like it to run on Apple, Windows and Linux based machines for viewing.
