Hacker Proof App

I need someone to write me an "extremely hard to hack" shareware registration program that I can implement in a software package I am writing in Visual Basic. I am open to suggestions on how best to achieve the result. There are a lot of security programs that pretend they can secure software, but they can be easily hacked. To win this bid, you will have to prove that you really know what you are talking about and be able to deliver a program that integrates at least 5 levels of protection. I need the user data to be encrypted (blowfish) and written to a webserver where it can be centrally administered (the web server is running PHP and mySQL). Some querying will also be required. I will give full specs to coders that can prove to me that they really know what they are talking about. If you have done something similar before - that will add to my interest in your work. The key feature of this app is that it should be able to connect my app to it very easily. You can write components of this application in different languages (Visual Basic, C++, Java, PHP, mySQL, etc) - but I need fully commented source code so I can clearly understand the code. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
