The TWR site shall be a full functioning website complete with professionally designed graphics and a layout to be approved by the owner. Specifically, a full 1-Page Review for EACH of the (12) aforementioned webhosting sites will need to be written and approved by the owner: (12 Pages in Total) 2. A full 1-Page Review or comparison chart will need to be developed comparing each of the following websites. The owner will have final approval. (1 Page in total) ***Note: 1 Page comparison chart should include overviews of each WebHost to include topics such as overview, price, diskspace, number of availabe domains, guarantees, reliability,control, bandwidth, overal rating, special features, support, etc. 3. The owner will include "affiliate links" for the above aforementioned sites that will be incorporated into the website 4. The TWR site shall provide an administrator module and separate log-in for the owner of the site to control site features and functionality. Wherever possible, the TWR site shall be designed in a manner to allow the owner to control the content of the site (i.e. CMS as much as possible) through the administrator log-in 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
