Way to interfer and replace the Windows CommonDialog function.

I need to know how to replace (note: replace) Windows CommonDialog with my own. Please DO note REPLACE, which means I want to REPLACE all dialogs created by MS Word, Internet Explorer, Notepad and actually all other applications too. I know this is possible even at runtime cause I've seen someone else do it. Maybe it was in C++ but I'm not sure. ## Deliverables Complete source code of all programming work done. ## Deadline information Must replace CommonDialog, not just show me how to create one for my program only.
