Web Site Development.

I need a complete web site to be developed more or like a clone of [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] It will basically sell mobile phones and would allow mobile companies and distributers to post there mobile phones in the site. More details as we move on with the project. After completing the project, there will be an administrative support also for day today activites. If the coder demostrates his ability to work in this site i would require to make another site which would be basically a white page for different listings and also another one which would be a huge collection of ring tones for mobile phones. and also, i have one wedding flash site to be created, just simple five page flash site, which you could do as you work on the first site. Right now, im looking for bids only for the first site, and consequently we will talk about other site at a later stage. We could discuss on the payment structure..i would pay an initial commitment fee of 30 percent and would like to get started on bi-weekly payment on the bid you commit or anything else we could agreee on. im looking forward to work with a team of developers or a software company. but freelancer's with exceptional ability would be encourged for ongoing projects.
