SugarCRM - setup group and personal emails that reside on a different mail server

This should be easy for someone who knows what they are doing. I have an instance of sugarcrm hosted on www. example1 .com/site. I am the administrator. I have the mail server setup as mail. example1 . com. Cron is setup properly. I can setup a personal email inbox just fine using using mail.example1. com. But here is what I cannot do, and need you to fix: 1) I need to be able to access a personal email account at using mail. example2 . com. 2) I also need to create/access group email accounts such as using mail. example2 . com. I will provide administrator access to the sugar site as well as access to cpanel of both example1 . com and example2 . com hosting accounts. Please add "I love sugarcrm" in your bid details.
