Active Directory User Import Tool written in Visual Basic

The program needs to read users to be imported from a csv file and be able to step through each user before actually importing the users (Something similar to attached screenshot). This link shows all the Active Directory attributes related to an Active Directory user. <[login to view URL]> The most import attributes the program must import are as follows: sAMAccountname,userPrincipalName,givenName,sn,initials,description, physicalDeliveryOfficeName,telephoneNumber,otherTelephone,mail, wwwHomePage,url,userAccountControl,pwdLastSet,accountExpires, memberOf,profilePath,scriptPath,homeDirectory,homeDrive,homeDirectory, streetAddress,postOfficeBox,l,st,postalCode,countryCode,title,department, company,manager,directReports. **The password attribute must also be set but I don't know the attribute name for this.** The program must create the users 'Home Directory' in the path found in the CSV file, for example: CSV file shows 'homeDirectory' as [\\server\users\JSmith][1] then the program must create a folder for JSmith in the share 'users'. I'd like the program to resemble the attached screen shot. The CSV file must be imported in the same order everytime. For example: The first colum of the CSV file is always 'sAMAccountname' the second always 'givenName', the third always 'sn', the fourth 'password' etc...
