Excel templates 2

I have two excel templates that I would like them to be programed to autoatically spell check and allow unlimited characters in the fileds. Also I have a word template that needs to be converted into excel, I have an exact copy of the template but the only difference between the programming is the first page it has a different heading and title. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) All templates will need to spell check and allow unlimited cahracters. 3) I would like to test it and make sure all is well. ## Platform It will need to run on Windows 2000 platform
