add drop down menu to x-cart html smarty PHP

i want the same menu as this website [login to view URL] putting onto my website [login to view URL] so the root catagorys drop down when you hover over departments at the top but on my site it will look like this [login to view URL] then you roll over the root catagorys and menu flys out to the right to show sub catagorys theses are in blue then sub-sub catagorys in black. when you click on a catagory or sub catagory or sub-sub catagory the left hand menu changes to show what you have clicked on it will show you the sub catagorys [login to view URL] in xcart i can upload image for each catagory alreay i want to use this feature to control the background in this example i have uploaded this image for the background [login to view URL] Please read the project first and write the word "Understood".
