Build a Website

I am looking for a web developer and designer. I need a web development company that will create an eye appealing website with coordinating colors that are based on color psychology. I don't want wordpress or PHP used for any part of the site development. I only prefer to use the latest web development technology available. I need something that will be responsive, compatible with all web browsers, technology that will be able to be configured with different add-ins as needed and something that offers an appealing design. I need someone that can create a website that would include all of the following: 1. A great design that would match the logo. Logo design has not been completed if you are able to offer this as well please let me know. 2. Appealing website that allows customers to use and navigate with ease 3. A membership based site for 2 different types of customers, so different membership levels could be chosen including free. The 2 different types of customers will have different interfaces when they log-in. 4. A crowdsourcing/crowd funding section, control the maximum amount of money one can request using crowd sourcing, control the number of times someone submits a request for crowd sourcing,control maximum number of post on this portion of the site during a rolling period (ex. like max 200 post, until one drops off), 5. A blog 6. A store where the members can post products & materials 7. Live chat 8. A calendar that members can post on 9. Members need to be able to message each other 10. Be able to upload pictures and videos in HD 11. Members can upload documents in PDF format and other members can print them 12. Include all US zip codes and google maps 13. Translate the website using google translate or another source 14. I need to be able to implement contest, so a plug-in for this functionality would be great! 15. SEO ready 16. Login with Facebook and Twitter 17. Quick access icons to Pintrest, twitter, facebook, google plus 18. Admin Area: create financial reports, check financial trends, how many memberships on each type of membership, approve postings, block profanity, allow for multiple users, control different monthly contest for the two different types of users, update web content, add/edit web pages, control the maximum amount of money one can request using crowd sourcing, control the number of times someone submits a request for crowd sourcing,control maximum number of post on this portion of the site during a rolling period (ex. like max 200 post, until one drops off), manage unsubscribe/subscribe list, search members, view contact request, upload photos/videos in HD, track leads, and whatever can be fit in. I want this to be able to view everything and control every aspect of the site. If you are able to provide a free mock-up of the website please let me know as I would love to see what work could be potentially provided. For the design and functionality of the site, would you just create one design or would you create several designs for me to choose from? I would need ownership of all source coding files upon completion of the site. Please let me know what type of support you offer once the site goes live.
