X-cart custom website design needed

X-cart custom website design needed. We are in need of somebody with EXTENSIVE knowledge of x-cart ecommerce websites and webdesign using the smarty template engine to completely re-design a 100% functioning x-cart website after another one of our not 100% functional e-commerce stores(that looks as we wish this x-cart store to look – it was made with oscommerce). We are short-staffed at the moment and cannot take care of this ourselves, and would to get this done ASAP. No amateurs please, we need this taken care of quickly and efficiently.
