PHP , CMS Classified website developed. I need reliable, experienced and professional PHP, MySQL, CMS, HTML programmers to work on the completion ON TIME of a classified website that has been started but not completed by someone else. So far 80% of the HTML pages have been completed, an admin panel has been completed. See link of the homepage to get an idea of what the website is all about. [login to view URL] The website will have multi country, multi state and multi cities so persons from any city or state (province) in three countries can place their ads. The website will be available for anyone to place ads for free, for a fee in the various categories or at a premium fee in featured ads section on all pages and must be able to integrate with Merchant systems to accept all forms of credit cards, Paypal and mobile payments. The website will also have sections on all pages for display banner ads of different sizes and must be able to have capability for admin to place banner ads by country, state or city or all three. It will have several categories including for sale, auto, real estate, dating, marketplace, services offered, business/commerce, community events, others. The website will also have a section where online news and information stories will be posted as links for users to view and read in such categories as politics, economics, health, etc. This site needs to be supported for an unlimited number of users. Image upload will also need to be an option for each user. Must be very user friendly. Must have an easy to use, yet advanced Admin Panel; *Admin panel, very good CMS skills we need to have full control over everything/anything, (eg. Adding ads, deleting ads, editing ads , members, items, prices, fees, categories, users.. etc). . Must have detailed reporting functionality : We need a clean & bug free code that can be further developed later on with ease(by you or anyone else). *The Database must be able to handle this kind of website (That's why you need to know what your getting into ). This bid is for the design, coding, installation, and support of the product. We will own the code for this product. Once product is installed, support for 90 days after installation will be required. All graphics used or created must have secured rights for a commercial website, these rights will then be transferred to ourselves along with all intellectual property rights.
