CMS Admin Panel Needed

CMS Admin Panel Needed I have a php open source CMS Community script that doesn't have a admin panel. I need someone to create a fully functional "Admin Panel" to manage memberships, content, users & profiles, forums & content, message board, and a manual way of database cleanup of unwanted content. I will also need the signup form, members profile, and search results content to be adjusted a little, but not much. I will also need to incorporate a php "message board" script (that I already have) within the CMS including incorporating the design and connecting the database of memberships together. Intire script will need to be "bench tested" to be sure their are no errors anywhere including the DB file and provide repair to errored area's if needbe. Please provide your own server space to test script including applying these above additions and altercations.
