Company Logo - Specified design

Hi! I'm after a graphic designer to design a logo based on my jpg's attached.
I'm after a logo that is the same colours as the pitman training logo (attached) with the same fading to liven it. The logo will be replacing the axis price comparison logo (attached) at [url removed, login to view] The "Training" text will be in white and the "Compare" text in the same colour as the top arrow (Please see attached. Border colour is to be the same as well as the 'cut state' image clearly depicting Western Australia (see attached). The cut state of Western Australia does not have to follow the exact borderline of the actual state boundaries (i.e. the seaward side) as long as the image is clearly an image of Western Australia.
Please use the pitman logo as the basis for colour selection and image depiction.
Images should be saved as both jpg and gif and available in a large, medium ([url removed, login to view] first page logo) and thumbnail size please.
