Copy our websites and upload to new server

We want 10 websites downloaded from one server and uploaded to our new server. Need minor changes like the link address, heading logo, contact details, and few other changes. All websites are very basic, no or very little flash. Please see the attached file for the website address,s. Please note we would want the database moved with each website.
