Crawl Ajax data

I am trying to crawl some data from public real estate websites that have ajax and some other small restrictions. The main objective is to gather data from 12-15 websites and then enter the data on a data sheet to perform property valuations. This data sheet will be able to sort, select and average property data. This stages will be to enter multiple property address from a database at one time and have the software collect the online data for each property sheet. Phase two will be taking the data and processing the data from the websites and converting it to a .pdf document that can be emailed out individually and then each email tracked for being received, opened and responded to. The current obstacle is Ajax and you must be able to convert the data over to text to be added to a database. If you can not crack the Ajax aspect of this project, please do not bid it. I will expect an explanation of how you will design the software and give me a rough working model before first milestone payment will be released. I will expect confidentiality in the project and will post favorable feedback with good communication and follow through. Please message me for a detailed explanation and sample of data to be crawled. I have a 7 day time table for the fist two steps, the email engine can come after. Again if you can not crack the Ajax code, do not bid on this project. If you can not start and finish the project, do not bid.
