Currently we have about 300 customers. We have been using a network file share to store the individual customer related information, eg, MS Word/Excel/Web files and a simple web front-end.
Each client can have multiple sites, multiple services, multiple contacts.
We want a system that will tidy all this mess up.
The website needs to have authencation to only authorised users can login with varying permissions. The intention of the project is to move as much of the information out of the MS Word docs & Excel sheets and into the database (will need to run on Apache/MySQL/PHP)
The website will allow a migration path so the current MS Word docs & Excel files will need to be visible in the customer's "webpage".
