Design a New Website Theme & UI for a New Web-Design Company

I am a project manager, and I want to build a new web design/development business, I will manage the office and deal with clients, the all the design/development work will be outsource to co-working freelancers. For this project I am looking for talented designers to design website themes and user interfaces that will exceed customer expectations, and stand out form the competition. You will also need to have a thorough understanding of how to use fonts and icon fonts in your design work. You will be paid an hourly rate via freelancer and you will be assigned projects as and when they come in. Your first project will be to design the new website for this new venture. Once your design work has been signed off it will be passed to a developer to build. I am looking to build and develop a partnership with a few designers, you must be able to work to deadlines and be self-motivated, and obviously be talented. Examples of your past work and abilities must be sent to me for review. This post is open to new and experience designers alike. Communication and working together is a key part to the success of this project and future projects, you will be expected to talk through your design, and explain where your inspirations came form (plagiarism and copyright infringement must be avoided at all costs). So you will show where your concepts from etc. Communication will be done via email and Skype. So good communications skills are essential because progress updates will be required. All design work and rights to design work will be given to me to take ownerships of and you will not be allowed to contact client, you will have to work via me and my office team. Design work required: Design a logo. Design a new responsive modern website theme for phones, tablets and desktop interfaces. Design the interface for a parallax slider and responsive navigation menu. Design a contact form and price list. Design customer satisfaction survey.
