We have been working with a programming company to work on many sharepoint and drupal projects for the last 2 years, but we are no looking to change.
The following project involves Drupal and Amazon AWS
The website has been created in drupal but still needs some work before it is complete.
A drupal template has been purchased and setup with the site currently having the following
-login users get access to their Amazon AWS EC2 cloud instances, management, reporting and more. This has been created using Drupal AWS modules but hasn't been tested yet and there seems to be no documentation on how to use it, so we will need help with understanding this.
In brief the end goal is to have a self service site for end users to deploy, manage, and be billed through our site for AWS EC2 services. An easy to use interface for end users. A good example of a site similar to what we want is [url removed, login to view] but we also want to provide Windows based Servers, not just Linux/LAMP. Not looking to use bitnami but am just using it as an example to illustrate a similar appearance and functionality.
-Website in Drupal
-We are wanting all the same features of bitnami cloud plus extra features list below
= deploy windows server 2008 and 2012 just like you can in bitnami for linux servers
= multi-tenant amazon aws (each client has their own dedicated servers, not sharing the same server, but sharing the same AWS accounts which we are in control of) - users can only see servers they have built under their web page login. Servers can only see other server which were created under the same login. (all users of the site will be sharing the same Amazon AWS account/s – login refered to is the drupal website login, not the AWS account login)
