Fix the forum

my forum is made of php (i believe) its compatible both pc and mobile now the problem is that i discovered that its does not look good on mobile there is an scaling issue that i would want to be fixed i need someone to fix the small screen template so the forum will look good in mobile i need it done asap deadline 1-2 days only but i prefer 1 day my budget is 20-30 for this whole project include in your pmb the amount of your bid so bid according to this budget no more no less
