Dear bidders,
I would want to develop a website that will allow users to do the following:
1. Select flights worldwide. For this search we consider best option would be to synchronize the app with a reputable flight search engine, but additional ideas will be considered.
2. Programming a target price for selected flights. Please note that only target price and trip duration will be key parameters, particular dates won't be requested.
3. Get an alarm to user's email and/or a twitt, indicating airline, origin & destination, dates and price. The user shall be allowed to make multi-searches and get corresponding alarms.
4. The website shall propose economic target prices based on historical data of selected flights.
Bidders shall comply with following requirements:
- Project plan. As soon as project starts awarded bidder shall provide a project plan indicating software, main milestones and deadlines for each one. Project will be finished not later than 15th June 2012 or penalties will be applied.
- Payment terms:
o No upfront payment.
o 50% After completion of half milestones of the project. Please note even if you organize milestones another way we will consider half milestones are reached when 50% works have been accomplished.
o Remaining 50% after completion of works and sending complete files
- Awarded bidder shall provide Skype account and shall be permanently connected and available during working time.
- Penalties. For each week delay after completion of works will payment be reduced by 1% reduction on last payment.
- Payments shall be done directly to paypal account provided by awarded bidder.
- Developer will provide references in similar projects. Only serious developers with similar experience.
