I want to use my domain [login to view URL] to build a website that functions just like the following 2 websites to help people raise money. One site is [login to view URL] and the other is [login to view URL] I want this website to have limited categories with a content management system (CMS) where I can add or edit categories. Setup the system to work with facebook and other social media sites for promoting same as the sites referenced above. I need for you to design the logo for the site around the website's name [login to view URL] I want to be able to adjust the commission charged to the user from X% to XX% I want the FAQs fully editble in CMS I want the user to upload photos and/or add youtube video to promote their organization. I need all the terms to be the same as [login to view URL] and [login to view URL], I can edit them once installed. Make the flow of the site very user friendly. I DO NOT WANT A CLONE COPY - I want our site to be unique in looks and design and layout. DO NOT BID ON THIS PROJECT IF YOU DON'T Follow these TERMS: 1. If you wish to bid on this project I will require you to submit a "Mockup JPEG" design to look at for part of the selection process 2. I will pay 50% once you have it setup and working on your own servers. 3. I will pay the balance once you have it setup and working on our servers. 4.
