Google Map API Application Development

Hi, We are looking for an experienced developer to develop a Google Map API based application to display locations data stored at MySQL database. Application shall allow for the following: - Admin Module to manage locations data in MySQL - Search for a particular record or select a locations category to display markers for. - Route to/from a particular location - For each record, show a popup window to view general info about the feature and a detailed window to show: General Info about location, Videos, Photos, Google Earth 3D View - Application shall show the top 10 searched features and allows the user to bookmark some features This application has already been previously developed by one freelancer but it was not properly coded which causes inconsistency and issues for the application in cross-browser prospective. Therefore, we decided to re-develop the application from scratch. Selected bidder should exhibit the following: previous confirmed experience in similar work, high freelancer ranking, excellent UI designer and coder, proposed costing and timing is competitive and high communication skills. Existing developed application with admin module shall only be shared with short-listed bidders. Thanks
