I have a picture rating website that would like to have redesigned as follows:
Areas set aside for ads. The ad scrpits should be able to be placed through the admin section of the site. The ads that will be shown on the site will be from google adsense and abrite (britepics and inline ads).
The site no longer has an admin section or forum as these were lost on an old server. So an cms/admin backend and forum will need to be designed. Also the admin section should alow me to email members.
I would like the pic of the week to be able to be set via the admin section or put on rotation.
The site should be able to accept members signups and should link into the forum. So visitors don't need to signup for both.
I would like to run comps and give out prize periodially. So that the pics can collect ratings from public and members seperatly. Only member votes count for the comp and members can't vote on their own uploads.
