Joomla Integration, and Listing Application

I have a project that is almost complete the UI is complete and coded into DHTML. The project needs to be complete in 1.5 months. The project should be slam dunk for the right person or company. I will send the link to the site for people that I am considering. I need to have site converted to DHTML to a Joomla Site. I need a blog and a Poll addedd into the site. I have an application that needs to developed I have most of the UI completed, but I am looking for a team that can finish developing it the rest of the way. Attached you will see description of the project. Attached is list of features. I need a very reliable team. They need to have completed projects that are very design conscious. This site must look immaculate. You must have a very good portfolio, with sites that have been done for the western market. You must be available to communicate very well and be available on Skype if needed. I will be setting up a new project, within basecamp to manage the project, I want to be able to communicate through basecamp. If you questions let me know.
