Joomla Membership/Bidding Type Component/Site wanted

After trying to get a Joomla template bidding component to be modified, I decided to close that project and try to get a new solution. I'm making a membership site. But i need the members to be buyers and service providers. I don't really want a complicated bidding component but with enough technology so that the service providers will pay a monthly membership fee with an option to choose to pay a 3-month or an annual membership fee. The buyer creating a job/project on the site will pay a flat fee (make a deposit) each time they post a new project. But the service provider is the main member i'm focusing on. The option for my site to retain a percentage of any jobs accepted by service providers is optional as the site is already receiving a membership fee from service providers. Importantly, the bidding component must have an option with categories such as COUNTRY, STATE, CITY so that the jobs and service providers can be found locally in every country, The site will also have a business directory like Sobi2 which I can add myself. I would like to hear your ideas and reccommendations in regards to what i'm trying to achieve. If you think you already have such a web site made or similar, please show it to me. If you know of a solution that you and I can work on, i'll like to hear your idea. I need this asap but i'm not desperate. I would rather have a solution already pre-made and functioning online if possible.
