JOOMLA REAL ESTATE WEBSITE - NEEDED

We are in need of a Joomla expert to connect a template (from [login to view URL]), organize the template to fit our needs, connect to our GoDaddy host and add the following software... [login to view URL] Once the Joomla site and PHPmyrealty program is up and running, I will need some hard code changes made to the OPEN Source code. Because we sell businesses and commercial property we will need some terminology change on this residential real estate program. For example if the program offers "Bedrooms" with a drop down box for the amount of bedrooms, we'll need to change the word "Bedrooms" to "Bay Doors" (for an automotive shop). We will also need Joomla extensions added to the site as needed. I will pick through the extensions, as well as get your advice on additional extensions and be done within one week. As for listing businesses for sale or lease, I would like to allow visitors to list their own businesses on the front-end (for a fee, using PayPal). We will need several administrator privaledges to control access. The main admin account would need approval to show the listing on the front page or not.
