Large Flash Slider (example included) and Jquery Drop Down Menus Needed

Hello I have some simple requests. I have already designed my website from the floor up. I am a very capable designer but constantly butt heads with the back end aspect of websites. My test website is already live to view here: [login to view URL] . As you can see I already have a foundation laid. I just need two things. 1. The billboard image (currently a man with a gas mask) needs to be a flash file that moves back and forth between slides. It will not be a flat image, each slide will be its own swf file. I want to have it exactly like http://www.blizzard.com. The slideshow has a left and right toggle, and also a navigation at the bottom to go to a specific slide. Please remember that all of my slides are going to be SWF FILES. They will NOT be jpg images. This slideshow needs to move behind the html header element, the same as blizzard has done. It also needs to be fairly simple to add new swf files and thumbnails to the billboard, and the images in the billboard need to link to different pages as well. 2. I have the navigation already set up on top: Home, Desktops, Laptops, About, Contact. I need most of these to contain a drop down menu that can also contain images such as here: [login to view URL] . A nice jquery animation of the menu dropping down or fading in would be nice as well, as shown in the example. Thanks for your time!
